Shipping timelines are estimates only.

Risk of loss passes to you upon tender of the package to the carrier.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Abuse Protection

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marjay Worldwide, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents against any claims arising from:

19. Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

  • Arbitration will occur in Travis County, Texas

  • You waive the right to a jury trial

  • You waive the right to participate in a class action

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of your first purchase by emailing customerservice@drinkturmerictime.com with your name and intent to opt out.

20. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

To the extent arbitration does not apply, disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marjay Worldwide, Inc.
